SEVENTIES

From house to house
we wandered
and played
at being relaxed.
Loads of baggage
encumbered
and needing to
quickly unpack.
We acted out the answers,
they seemed apropos
At the time.
We were high
On taking chances,
not drawing,
but erasing the line.
