Grains of Sand

I don’t like matchey
I don’t like symmetry
Pillows coordinated on a bed
Don’t appeal to me.

I guess I’m a free spirit
I guess I’m wild and free
I’m just an old hippie
Who’s in tune to what I see.

I like plaids and flowers
Combined like the colors I paint
I like to play in the sand
I love to feel the grains

Yes I’m a free spirit
Some people don’t like that in me
Some people think I’m crazy
and sometimes I agree.
