ETERNALLY YOUNG

I brought my youth with me on  my travels through this life.
Young thoughts have been inside of my head all these  years
and even manifested themselves in my appearance.
Others seem to see me as younger than my time on earth would reveal.
My body does not match my mind.
Stairs inside my home offer a challenge to
Ascend in spite of aches and pains.
 But my mind will take me up, one step at a time on the journey.
And my eighty years will push and climb until the end.
