Glorious smile!
Soft southern wit
that causes laughter
so deep, it emerges
on days when you
aren’t around.

Thank you!
For joyous hysteria.
Still fresh after knowing
your face all these years.
Exciting!
getting to know your
mind. An encyclopedia
of music and wires.

A philosopher unaware.
A gentle healer
to a life-worn woman.
An easy companion
to a couple of growing
adolescents.
A blessing, beyond belief.
