Memories

The future gets closer and closer.
I’m closer to heaven today than I’ve ever been.
Maybe I only have minutes left. We never know, do we?
No one can ever know.  That’s a given. That’s life, that’s philosophical….. wow.
Memories are flashbacks. They come at rapid speed. So much faster than when they were in real time years ago. Sometimes I don’t even know what happened yesterday. In that case,
I look at the calendar and see what I’ve done.
I haven’t done much except write my random thoughts.
Memories are packed into our souls.
We can pull them up at any time. We can visit joy or pain. I choose joy but sometimes pain creeps in and creates more pain. A bad day makes me turn to a good day with boundless blessings.
