STRAIGHT LINE

I’m curious,
this line, they say.
Is it in their imagination?

The one they mention
when learning I draw.
For them, a demarcation?

Limiting.
It must be straight.
If need be, use a ruler.

Paper thin perceptions they
with colors
tending cooler.
